At ARS, every customer and order is important to us and receives a personal touch. We are not a high-volume metal supply distributor of commodity items who loses track of things. And we will never over-promise. Instead, we maintain high inventory levels, and with all of our products, we have direct access to the manufacturers for fast shipment if we don’t have things in stock. You know what will happen with your orders, ensuring that there are no surprises for you or your clients.
We respect our customers and are committed to helping you be successful. When you contact us, we can tell you whether we have what you need in stock and, on the rare occasions that we don’t have it in stock, we will be able to establish (and stick to!) a commitment of when we can have it to you.
